This is an executive summary of the constitution that embodies the ideals of free government. Law enforcement, representative government and equality all ambody the values of the establishment of justice. Domestic tranquility is the idea that one can lice independently with relative prosperity and that we can defent our rights to property. Having a standing military and promoting tarrifs to protect our lives and valued resources are ways that we can provide for common defense. Healthcare, education, and other programs developed by local and state government are means to promote nations general welfare and securing the liberty, meaning we are all free to do all that is lawful and just throughout the nation without fear of reprimand.
